We offer a wide array of staffing solutions. Temporary Staffing, Temp to Hire, and Contract/Flexible Staffing. On occasion, per client's request we will extend our services for direct hire

Depending on the factors such as industry, level of expertise required for the positions and market conditions, our fees will vary anywhere from 25% to 35% but will never exceed that.

For your reference, typical staffing agencies will average 35% to 75% markup. Not us.

Our average fill rate is between 3 to 5 days

We do all the necessary pre-onboarding steps to ensure you are getting the perfect match. This includes cross examining job description details to the candidates experience and making sure both fits. Communicate with the candidate by sharing the client's culture, values and mission. We continue with the pre-screening process that includes, employment verification, criminal background checks, drug screening and everything else in between

We understand the critical aspect of making sure our clients in the healthcare/medical field receive top notch talent. Therefore, we realize the complexity of the process it takes to qualify the perfect healthcare provider. We handle all the logistics of pre screening, the stringent process of credentialing including employment and background verification 

We provide ongoing support to our candidates even after they are placed in a job, including check-ins to ensure job satisfaction, assistance with any issues that may arise on the job, and career coaching to help them achieve their long-term career goals.

We thoroughly vet all of our employer clients and job openings to ensure that they are legitimate and align with our standards. We also encourage our candidates to report any suspicious job postings or activity to us immediately.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels. However, some job openings may require specific qualifications or experience, which will be outlined in the job description.
